1. Route flavours of Elche
We will visit Almazara (oil mil) el Tendre, a reference of the great oil tradition of the Bajo Vinalopó región since it is the most Antique of región. Later we’ll go to a winery cellar called Bodegas Faelo, where the process of the elaboration of the wine is explained, from its collection till its processing and bottling. Finally a profesional sumiller will execute a wine tasting in which we will get to know the different wines of Bodegas Faelo, apart of an optional taste of Elche’s traditional food.

3. Aromas field
Elche has a unique rural setting where pomegranate orchards, citrus and vegetables alternate with palm groves and the occasional vineyard. This environment allows, a few kilometers from the industrial core, can live a rural experience that will make you feel the most authentic essence. We propose to start with a visit to an oil mill, El Tendre, the oldest of all the Baix Vinalopó concerning the great olive-growing tradition. After tasting their oil, we discovered another surprise: Could you imagine that Elche make wine? We’ll help you discover how centuries already occurred and how Bodegas Faelo continues to do so now almost the same traditional way. After the visit, enjoy their wines while sipping Elche products field with pomegranate plantation.
